Here is the helpless housewife-Madonna stereotype, nursing her infant child.

This figure is about fourteen inches tall, and hangs about thirty inches from the ground.

I wanted the piece to initially trigger some ideological resistance through the application of social stereotypes.

Hopefully, upon further inspection, the viewer can get down to the root of my message.

I won't get into a treatise on the message of the piece here, but if you find yourself in downtown San Jose, go take a look at it.

Hopefully it will become part of our sculpture garden soon.
